My F.I. 247- Convenience At Your Fingertips
 

Call 1-866-225-0043    1. Enter your complete member number followed by the # key 2. Enter your My F.I. 247 PIN number followed by the # key My F.I. 247 Guides You Through Each Step Step-by-step instructions make it easy to use My F.I. 247: 1. Using your touch-tone phone, call: 1-866-225-0043   2. You will be asked to enter your 4-digit member number. Then press the # key.   3. Next, you will enter your PIN. Enter your PIN and press the# key.    BE CAREFUL! If you enter the PIN incorrectly 3 times, your PIN will be disabled. You must then contact the credit union directly for reactivation.   4. First time users - If you are currently a It’s Me 247 PC Banking user, your PIN will be the same for My F.I. 247. Otherwise, your PIN number will be the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number. For security purposes, after you enter the system you will be prompted to create a new 4-digit PIN.   5. From this point on, the My F.I. 247 procedure will vary depending on the transactions you wish to complete. My F.I. 247 will guide you through each step.    HINT: This first set of options includes a brief tutorial (press “0”) with tips and hints for using the system. You can press * to return to the main menu at any time.   6. When you have finished your last transaction simply hang up the phone. Main Menu Options B1 Account inquiries, including balances and a list of recent transactions B2 Perform money transactions, including transfers B3 Hear current CU rates or calculate estimated loan payments B4 Change your PIN B5 Change to a different member number B6 Other CU services, including locations and hours B8 Repeat this menu B9 End the call B0 Hear the tutorial (press * when done with the tutorial to hear the menu again)

You can download and print our My F.I. 247 shortcut list of suffixes to store in your wallet.  My F.I. 247 Performs the following transactions: Review account balances Verify the date and amount of your transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments Verify whether certain checks have cleared Transfer funds between accounts Make loan payments Check current interest rates Change your PIN Obtain annual dividend and interest information Helpful Tips to Remember... Be sure to press the # key when asked. This signals My F.I. 247 to act upon your entry. Keep your PIN number confidential. This protects your privacy and keeps others from gaining access to your accounts. When entering dollar amounts, decimals are not required. For example, you would enter $25.00 as 2500. My F.I. 247 may occasionally be unavailable for short periods so that we may perform maintenance. If you are unable to complete a transaction for this reason, try calling back later. Be extra careful when entering your member number and PIN. Entering a PIN incorrectly three times will disable access to that account throughout My F.I. 247. If this happens, contact the credit union directly for re-activation.
