My F.I. 247 -- 24-hour telephone access
Access your Federated Family Credit Union accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week, no matter where you are, with My F.I. 247 and a touch-tone phone. Check your balance, transfer funds within your accounts, find out if a check has cleared, verify your payroll deposit, request a check withdrawal, make an extra loan payment. This is the easiest way to conduct your credit union business. Call 1-866-225-0043 toll-free. The system will guide you through your transactions. There's no cost for this service.

Bill Payer - Online Bill Payment service
Now you can pay all your bills fast and easily  for free!  Bill Payer eliminates the cost and need for stamps, personal checks, envelopes and trips to the post office. You will also save time because payments can be automatically set up beforehand. You can pay bills from your loans to your credit card to your vet bill. Funds will be deducted directly from your checking at the time the bills are paid and will show up on your monthly statement, as will a description of any bills that you pay.

Money Orders
Money orders may be purchased from the member service representatives in our office for up to $1,000. The service charge is $1 each.

VISA Stored Value Cards
Federated Family Credit Union now offers Visa Stored Value Cards in place of traveler’s cheques. Visa Stored Value Cards are loadable from $10.00 to $500.00 dollars, and are available in both of our offices for a $3.00 fee per card. They can be used wherever Visa is accepted.

Postage Stamps
Available from the member service representatives in our office during regular business hours.
 

Free Notary Service
Another no-cost service from your credit union for those times when you need your signature notarized for any reason. Available in our office during regular business hours.
 

Financial Counseling
Are your bills starting to worry you? Members with credit problems are  welcome to discuss their situation in an entirely confidential manner with our loan officers. We offer basic credit counseling services and we also refer our members to a local branch of Consumer Credit Counseling Services. Even if you aren't sure about your situation, we welcome the opportunity to listen and help you decide how to avoid future credit problems.
 

Automatic Payroll Deposits
Arrange to have all or part of your paycheck deposited automatically into your Federated Family Credit Union account each pay day. Your pay can be split between your Federated Family share savings, checking or loan accounts. You may withdraw cash right away on payday with your check (debit) card at cash machines everywhere; you won't have to worry about your deposit being made "on time. Apply today!
 

Electronic Deposits and Payments
Arrange to have almost any recurring deposit or payment (i.e., a predetermined savings deposit or your Federated Family Credit Union loan payment) sent to us via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network. You may also pay your insurance, mortgage, utility bills, etc, automatically. No need to write checks, lick stamps, or worry about being late!
