CONVERSION CHANGES

Our recent data system conversion that started in mid-May is now complete. We're excited about all the enhancements to our new system!

Our new system includes changes to how your accounts are numbered, how your payroll deposits are handled, and how your debit cards work.

Please review your May and June statements carefully to make sure that any automatic payments, deposits, credits, or debits have occurred as they should. If you find any errors, please call us promptly at 414-278-7220, so that it can be resolved and prevent any future problems.

New Online Banking and Teller Phone Systems
Take some time to check out our new online banking and teller phone systems.

It’s Me 247 Online Banking
When you access your accounts for the first time, you need to enter your 4-digit member number and temporary password (the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number).
You will be required to change the temporary password to a permanent password that is 6 to 10 characters long, and contains at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter, one number and one special character. First-time users should follow the directions on the screen to set up three security questions. You have successfully logged in to the system when the It’s Me 247 screen appears.

My F.I. 247
Our Member Connect telephone banking service is gone. Our new My F.I. 247 service is now in its place. You can download and print our My F.I. 247 shortcut list of suffixes to store in your wallet.

Your accounts are now identified with suffixes. In the examples below, your base member number is represented by “xxxx.” You will need to know these suffixes when you transact business on our teller phone system.

Common Account Suffixes
           Savings                      xxxx- 000
           Checking                    xxxx-012
           Christmas Club        xxxx-066
           Money Market            xxxx-030
           Savings Club            xxxx-061 thru 065
           Vacation Club           080

Any outstanding loans you may have had will have been renumbered. For example, if you had open-end loans number 20, 21, and 38, you will now have open-end loans 600, 601, and 800. Mortgages will now have suffixes in the 700s. If you have any questions regarding your new loan suffix, please call our main office at 414-278-7220.

Any Share Certificates or Share IRA Certificates that were open on your account have also been renumbered. All certificates have suffixes in the 300s. Please call our main office at 414-278-7220 if you have any questions regarding your new certificate number.

Christmas Clubs are now set up to disburse one time a year, and will be locked until its disbursement date. You will not be able to access these funds until the disbursement date of October 1st. If you should need to use the funds in case of emergency, please call our main office.

We now offer Vacation Clubs. Since vacations occur during many times of the year, this account will not be locked.

You will now be able to transfer funds between multiple account bases through online banking. You will have to be an owner on both accounts to have this privilege. You will only be able to deposit funds from one account to another. You will not be able to see balances on the account that you are transferring to. If you would like us to send you a form to sign up for this service, please call our main office at 414-278-7220.

E-Statements are now available with online banking! If you would like to start receiving your statements electronically, you can sign up through Online Banking. Should you decide to start receiving e-Statements, you will no longer be sent paper statements.
You do have the option to receive e-Statements with a duplicate copy sent to you through the mail for an introductory period of 3 months. After that time, printed statements will no longer be sent, and you will need to check your statement through online banking.

Cleared checks can now be viewed with online banking! Any cleared checks that you have written can now be viewed through the checking account history on It’s Me 247 Online Banking. Simply click on the “View Check” hyperlink to view the cleared check image. You will be able to see both the front and back sides of the check.

DEBIT/CHECK CARD CHANGES

Your debit/check card is issued on your checking account ONLY. Therefore, it will only see the amount that is available in checking for withdrawals and/or purchases. You may NOT make purchases based on the available amount in your savings account. You may still withdraw from your savings account at an ATM machine.

Free PIN-based transactions per month have been increased from 6 to 8. However, any time your PIN number is used, whether it is for a point-of-sale transaction or to get cash, it is counted against your 8 free PIN transactions per month.
To avoid using up your free PIN transactions, use your debit/check card as a “credit” card at your point-of-sale transactions (gas stations, pay-at-the-pump, grocery stores, department stores, etc.). This means that you will need to sign for the transaction instead of just typing in your PIN number. You will be charged $1.00 for each PIN transaction that occurs after the 8th. If you have any questions, please call our main office at 414-278-7220.

PAYROLL CHANGES

Early payroll posting will NOT occur anymore. You payroll will be posted on the date it is to be paid. For example, if you were receiving your payroll late Thursday evening, you will now receive it Friday morning. Our new processor cannot identify payroll (or any other incoming) deposits at any time earlier than the date the deposit is to occur.

Incoming ACH Allocation Transfers will not be able to differentiate between regular payroll and secondary deposits (such as travel reimbursements or annuity payments). If you get more than one type of deposit coming from your payroll provider, any ACH Allocations you have set up will occur.
For example, if your payroll comes in on the 1st of the month, and a travel reimbursement comes in on the 3rd of the month, your $X.XX payment or savings allotment will occur for both incoming deposits.

Please review your statements carefully. If you see that this is a problem, we can change your ACH Allocation to an Automatic Funds Transfer. If you have any questions, please call our main office at 414-278-7220.
